Skyland tiers are monthly digital subscriptions that grant immediate in-game access.

Refunds

• All subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time.
• Because access is granted immediately, refunds are not available once access is delivered.
• If you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate.

How to cancel

• Use the Stripe customer portal link in your payment receipt, or
• Contact us on Discord for assistance with cancellation.
